Where do we fit in? The constitution of Man is basically 3-fold, as follows (Bailey):
1. The Monad (Pure Spirit), the Father in Heaven. This Aspect reflects the 3 Aspects of The Godhead: (1) Will or Power (the Father), (2) Love/Wisdom (the Son), and Active Intelligence (the Holy Spirit). The Monad is only contacted at the Final Initiations, when Man is nearing the end of his journey and is perfected. The Monad reflects Itself again in:
2. The Higher Self (Soul or Individuality). This Aspect is potentially (1) Spiritual Will (Atma), (2) Intuition (Buddhi, Love/Wisdom, the Christ Principle), and (3) Higher Mind (Higher Manas). The Higher Self begins to make its power felt in advanced men, and increasingly on the Probationary Path until by the Third Initiation the control of the lower self by the Higher is perfected. The Higher Self reflects Itself in:
3. The Personality (Lower Self). This aspect is also 3-fold: (1) A mental body (lower manas), (2) an emotional body (astral body) and (3) physical body (the dense physical and aetheric bodies).
Our individual creator GOD seed (Godseed Monad) resides in Dimension 13-15. From its source energies it creates 12 oversouls (or oversoul monads). The oversouls reside in 7-9 D. Each oversoul creates 12 souls. These souls reside in 4-6 D. The souls create 12 incarnates that reside in 1-3 D. There are 1728 beings (12oversouls x 12souls x 12incarnates) energized and created from each Godseed Monad. The energies of each Oversoul are its group of 144 beings and the energies of each soul are its group of 12. The aim of evolution is to enable Man realize the Higher Self Aspect and bring the lower nature under its control. We are the incarnate. There are usually 2 incarnates sent in a time cycle, a male and a female. These are our soul mates. The other 10 soul mates are in different time cycles. We are not all human. Our monads belong to different species. For incarnates to experience life on 1-3 D (Earth) the human body has to be worn; all beings have a similar body structure (Genesis 2012).
The Higher Self (I Am Presence) is a Great Solar Angel who is the medium of expression for the Monad or Pure Spirit, just as is the personality for the Higher Self on the lower level. From viewpoint of man in the 3 worlds (Physical, Astral, Mental), this Higher Self or Solar Lord is eternal. He persists through the entire cycle of incarnations. Nevertheless, the day dawns when the Life (Monad) which expresses Itself through the medium of the Higher Self, the Thinker, the Solar Lord or Manasadeva, seeks to loose Itself from even this limitation and to return to Its Source. The Life, then, which manifested as a Solar Angel (I Am Presence) and which, through inherent energy, held together through long ages the Causal Form (Christ Self) withdraws Itself (Monad) gradually, and the Form slowly dissipates. One of the conditions in incarnation is free will and choice. Before we entered this dimension (3rd) we had full knowledge of our soul, oversoul and Godseed Monad layers; we knew why we chose to experience this dimension. Until now our Soul has had to be re-born (re-incarnated) to experience, learn and progress. This meant passing through the "veil of forgetfulness" (having no conscious memory of all that we have learnt before), having to go through the physical birth and death process for each lifetime we have undertaken. Upon entering this dimension field (matrix of this system) our memories are blanked out. We come into this matrix with no idea of who we are or of our soul. The free will system does not allow outside assistance without our permission. We are not able to connect to our soul layer for assistance as we are not made aware of its existence.
At birth, the paradigm of vibration is linear (time-bounded from a past to a present and a future). This is our and our immediate ancestors’ consciousness at birth. In the human brain are walls of consciousness that keep us from conceptual thinking. We are so linear we can't hear two conversations at once. We have the capacity, but the walls are thick that we don't know we can. The communication is linear since our understanding is also linear. We read a line of words. We can simply touch the book and get this message. But we don’t think about that; the walls keep us from even conceiving it. The earth has been stuck in linearity for eons. This is what our energy and vibration has created. The quantum consciousness of the past had been tempered and not been used. We lost it. It's why our prophets had been so accurate. The earth is stuck in an energy that allows for prophecy. When the energy is static and nothing ever changes, prediction is easy. Not anymore. None of the quatrains of Nostradamus have come true lately. It's like we are on a new earth. Our reality on this planet is driven by Human consciousness choice. Dimensional reality on the Earth is programmed to appear in a time sequence perceived as linear. It is, in computer terms, a program facilitated by a server, which in this case is the 144-Crystalline grid. Through the 144-Grid the sub- programs of 'time' are inserted as hologramic realities. There are epochs and eras, entire civilizations that are inserted into the Grid Server as programs. That is why fully evolved civilizations can seem to have suddenly sprung up out of nowhere into the vast 'sea of creation' within the flow of the collective unconsciousness, the consciousness grid that enables created realities. Linear time is a functional, purposeful illusion. In truth all programs are running simultaneously. On the oversoul level, many civilizations and all lifetimes are experienced at the same time in the Unified Field of the Crystalline Multiverse. (Metatron through Tyberonn)
We are at dimension 1-3 layer. Our goal is to shift our frequencies to 7-9 layers. Our aim is to "grow" or expand into our body of Light so that we may move at Will within and between the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Dimensions, whilst retaining and having simultaneous awareness of our multi-dimensional Selves. The rising frequencies of Planet Earth make it easier for us to clear the pathways (1-5 D blocked in our grids) and open us up to the higher layers. The personality (physical-etheric, emotional & lower mental) is in the first (1-4) dimensions, with the physical body lodged in the first (physical) dimension. The higher mental (abstract mind) is in the 5th dimension; the stuff of the causal body, where the soul (atma-buddi-arupa or will-love/intuition-higher mind) is lodge. The 6th dimension is the door to the next four (6-9) (Bailey).
The Ascension process is a process of disciplines and exercises designed to raise the ability of the individual to transmit and transform the energy of a specific Ray, and to teach how to safely manipulate that energy throughout more than one Dimension, with the result of understanding how to transform our own energy bodies into Light. What we call Ascension is essentially being able to hold an increasing quantum of Light, and thus increasing our vibratory rate - the frequency at which the atoms of our physical body vibrate. "Ascension" is not a moving "up" and "away" from our 3rd Dimensional (physical) body, but of assimilating our "higher" Dimensional Selves to "be" in whatever state of consciousness appropriate for our needs. Such an achievement is usually the culmination of many lifetimes of effort, but the pace is now being stepped up. How we cope with energy changes occurring around us and where our reality lies depends solely on us and the choices we make.
The Ageless Wisdom is not a religion formulated by only one authority or teacher. It is a body of inner teaching or esoteric knowledge handed down from remote times and has undergone changes in presentation to suit the needs of humanity of a given period or era. It has been called by various names such as the “Mysteries,” “Esoteric teachings” and “Divine Knowledge.”
Most of the blog entries were synthesized from various works. The original intent is to clarify for myself the information that had come. There was a need to ensure the integrity of the information received by cross checking them with others. With Theosophy and Ageless Wisdom as the basic framework, the “new information” must be in harmony. It must also resonate with a deeper reality within. I am sharing this synthesis with the view that it also assists the reader in clarifying and discerning for him/herself the truth, relative as it may seem.
The root doctrine of Ageless Wisdom is also the basis of the “esoteric (hidden) traditions” of most major world religions:

In the late 19th century, Helena P. Blavatsky (1831-1891)reintroduced the Ageless Wisdom through various works, such as “The Secret Doctrine” and “Isis Unveiled.” She called it "Theosophy;" she also established the Theosophical Society, under the guidance of Ascended Masters known to the world as Masters Morya, Kuthumi and Djwal Khul (who purportedly appeared to the world as the Three Magi during the birth of Jesus).
Blavatsky claimed her main source as an ancient book called "The Book of Dzyan" (from the Sanskrit Dhayana, meaning "mystic meditation"). In c. 400 BC, the book found its way as the Chinese "C'han Philosophy" and the Japanese "Zen," both of which took root from Buddhism.
Blavatsky also wrote "The Voice of the Silence," derived from "The Book of the Golden Precepts," which she claimed had the same origin as the "Book of Dzyan." Many of the Golden Precepts can be read in the Bhagavad Gita. Another book, "Light on the Path," written by Mabel Collins, was also derived from this source. A third book, "At the Feet of the Master," written by J. Krisnamurti (at 15 years old) completes a trilogy, considered as the basic tenets of “Theosophy.”
After Blavatsky died, the society underwent changes and spawned several other groups, such as the Esoteric Order of the Golden Dawn (MacGregor Mathers), Fraternity of the Inner Light (Dion Fortune), the “new” Rosicrucians and “Masonry,” the Anthroposophical Society (Rudolf Steiner) and the World Order of the Star (J. Khrishnamurti).
Alice A. Bailey, formerly an associate of Theosophical Society, also spun off with her Lucis Trust. She authored 24 books on esoteric philosophy, guided by Master Djwal Khul (DK) for 30 years (1919-1949) on a more advanced presentation of the Ageless Wisdom. She founded the Arcane School, training aspiring world servers in esoteric work.
After Bailey, several "guided" authors advanced the Ageless Wisdom. The information from these authors was the basis for the Ageless Wisdom Updates.
Among the major sources for this synthesis are the writings of/from H.P. Blavatsky, C.D. Leadbeater and Douglas Baker of the Theosophical Society; Alice A. Bailey of the Lucis Trust; Janet MacClure of the Tibetan Foundation; Hilary Hargreaves and Mark Brittain of the School of Inner Light; Genesis 2012; Kryon, through Carroll Lee; and the Pleiadians, through Barbara Marciniak & Amorah Quan Yin. The sources were appropriately labeled.

Discernment is very important when dealing with Ageless Wisdom. Mastership, from the viewpoint of the Master DK, is about "mastery of oneself" and not about "having pupils." (DK's Introduction in Violet Starre's "The Diamond Light,"2000)
Dion Fortune (in "The Esoteric Orders and Their Works," p. 83) explained: “upon the mundane plane, it is impossible to escape from the limitations of the human personalities. A great occultist will make a great occult school, but upon his death the mantle may fall upon unworthy shoulders and the glory be departed or turned to corruption.” Fortune added: some (mystery schools) have flourished unchecked, feared and revered by the people they guided, sometimes fallen into evil ways as the degenerated voodoo schools. Some retained a noble tradition as in certain Indian and Chinese schools and monastic orders, accepted as part of racial life.
In the words of Khrisnamurti (“The First and Last Freedom”): “It is through self-knowledge, not through belief in somebody else’s symbols, that a man comes to the eternal reality, in which he is being grounded...Our system of upbringing is based upon what to think, not how to think.”
In the words of the Master DK, the Tibetan (Introduction of AABailey Books, 1935) who inspired this synthesis: “the books that I have written are sent out with no claim for their acceptance. They may or may not be correct, true and useful…If the teaching conveyed calls forth a response from the illumined mind of the seeker in the world, and bring a flashing forth of his intuition, then let that teaching be accepted. But not otherwise.”
From Master Kuthumi (through Michelle Eloff): “A liberated spirit never needs to hold onto anything because every moment provides what is needed, because the moment is perfect… your daily purpose makes up for your greater purpose on Earth. Do not waste time searching for the grand purpose of your life. Be present and embrace the purpose of the moment. Every moment has a purpose, which is why you are in it.”
