With the work on the New Age, and aside from the Karmic Board, the Masters have been grouped into four, which may be connected to the new Rays and Cosmic Rays and which raise the earlier rays to new levels of intensity.
1. Group 1: Working with aspects of Balance (Link with 12th Ray – Illumination, the New Age & Christ-Consciousness)
Balance stabilises the energy bodies and places us in a state where we are best able to access repair, healing, growth, knowledge and understanding. Six Masters are helping us attain balance, clarifying many aspects of our lives and journeys. In this group are Allah Gobi, Djwhal Kuhl, El Morya, Lord Kuthumi, Pallas Athena, and Serapis Bey.
Djwhal Kuhl is Chohan of the Emerald Ray and Teacher of the Profound Truth of All Things. Known as “The Tibetan,” His work spans many Rays, but the Emerald Ray concerns the assimilation and integration of knowledge and insight through reaching, understanding and expressing the Universal (God's) Mind. His many embodiments included those of Confucius and Lao Tsu. Prior to the loss of Lemuria he helped Lord Himalaya remove ancient records and tablets to the Himalayan retreats, where they are now retained in a great Library. He has embodied with El Morya and Kuthumi in various roles, which included founding the Theosophical Society in the 1900s. Together they were the three wise men: Kuthumi was Balthazar (frankincense); El Morya was Melchior (myrrh) and DK was Casper (gold). His twin flame is the Lady Master Leto, embodied as Theresa D'Avila and is also connected with the Greek Goddess Leto, mother of Apollo and Artemis.
Themes of "Enlightenment through the Power of Divine Love and Truth" are keynotes of their work and DK has accepted responsibility for maintaining the pink flames of the Lotus of the Heart: those of Divine Love and Compassion. His teaching and mastery of the Emerald Ray through the Lotuses of the Heart and Soul refocuses souls towards the Higher Dimensions once they are recognised and integrated, the prime reasons for physical embodiment. He is especially close during the Wesak festival, during the 5 days around the first full moon in Taurus. During this time the Christ and the Buddha infuse the Earth with their energies allowing the veil between humanity and the higher spiritual world to be thinned, revealing them in their pure truth.
Lord Afra, the first Ascended Master of the Africans now comes into his role of service. He represents the energy of brother and sister, brotherhood, sisterhood. Lord Afra is the overlighting presence that shall support the emergence of the goddess and feminine energy for Mother Africa. All the templates have been laid for the goddess to emerge for Mother Africa to be healed and now she stands with her masculine counterpart, Lord Afra. His energy is extremely powerful, but one of the most gentle. He leads with the heart of justice. The anchoring of his divine template accelerates the conscious awakening of divine self-worth within the mind and the hearts of all Africans on the African continent. Lord Afra will teach the importance of utilizing the mind as an ally and to serve alongside the heart, for when one follows only the emotions of the heart or the images conjured within a mind governed by negative ego, it destroys; but when a mind healthy, managed by the input of the soul works alongside a healed heart, miracles manifest. 2. Group 2: Working with the Heart Centre (Associated with the 2nd Cosmic Ray of Interstellar Christ Consciousness )
One of the most important energy centres for us to work with is the Heart centre, where we need to learn to work with love and compassion, for other people and perhaps more importantly for ourselves. Without self-love we don't have self-esteem, and without this we cannot be whole (or healed). In turn, this wholeness is vital not only for our own forward progress, but also to enable us to help our fellows as we travel life's pathway. These six Masters have given us aspects of themselves for us to work with that relate primarily to the heart centre, our centre of love, compassion and balance. In this Group are Lord Lanto, Lord Ling, Lady Magda, Lady Nada, Quan Yin and Jesus.
Lady Aurora brings the very gentle Light of the angelic realm into the heart of mankind. Lady Aurora presents herself as this very gentle energy, almost like a feather very softly stoking your cheek —as a comparison, that is— and gently ushering those who are on the verge of waking up into the realms of illumination, spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, mentally and physically. Assisting her is very powerful yet gentle Lady Tika, the twin sister energetically of Lady Nada. Their combination enforces the laws of the universe, bringing forth the laws of nature in a whole new way. The angelic energy creates a safety net for many to move forward. Many people are more comfortable with the word "angel" than with "alien" or "Ascended Master;" therefore systems were created to support the trends of mankind’s illumination and every tool of Light is at our disposal to ensure that the majority rather than the minority move into the new world beyond 2012.
Lady Tika holds a vibration of teaching, whereas Lady Aurora holds the vibration of healing. Call upon Lady Aurora when healing is required. For those who are struggling with their spiritual challenges; or the test and initiation of the pathway of awakening, call upon Lady Tika, one of the great mothers of love. Lady Tika shows the pathway of the Warrior and Warrioress, followed by the healing that Lady Aurora brings. The pathway of the Warrior and Warrioress that she presents is not one of a vicious fight; it is a pathway of surrender where the Warrior and Warrioress take the road of least resistance, surrender. Very often it takes far more guts and courage to surrender than to carry on fighting, because many times your fears is what keeps up the fight, not your soul. She will teach the difference. 3. Group 3: Working to Cleanse, Transform and Transmute (Associated with 1st Cosmic Ray of Solar Service)
Self-cleansing, transmuting and transforming never ends. There is always one more step. As we grow, learn and develop on our paths, we are sometimes asked to take a leap of faith and to step into the new and unknown. These six Masters have given us layouts to work with us on personal transformation on many levels. Members of the group are Gautama Buddha, Lady Leto, Lady Lotus, The Master Paul, Lady Portia, and St. Germain.
Two Masters have come forward to facilitate the ending of the old world, the closure to the old paradigms in which the 3rd dimensional reality of the old world were created within. These paradigms will cease to exist and many will find great difficulty in living out their life if they insist on tapping into the old timeline. These 2 beings are Lord Damian and Lady Suatra. They are closing the gates to the old world; this means those of you who are on the Ascension Pathway will not have access to those frequencies any longer. They have agreed to serve for 4 years (2006-2010). And those gateways will be sealed for eternity to those who are on the Ascension Pathway. This means during this time all of you will be relieved of the burden of the old paradigm. This does not mean you have 4 years to pull yourself together. it means you must now move on. 4. Group 4: Preparations for Moving to the Next Dimensions (Link with the 3rd Cosmic Ray of Galactic Service)
As the time for dimensional changes and shifts draws closer, we are becoming more aware of changes within our energy bodies. We need to go through adjustment and preparation to enable us to handle the ever increasing vibrational energies that are reaching Earth. We also need to balance, cleanse, transmute and transform, and these layouts are brought by six Masters who wish to accustom us to the Higher Rays and energies that we are now beginning to accept and work with. With this group are Hilarion, The Mahachohan, The Melchisadek, Master Rakoczy, Paul the Venetian, and Sanat Kumara
5. Karmic Board (Link with Ray 8 of Justice, Balance and Oppurtunity)
The Lords of Karma are responsible for overseeing the Akashic Records and the distribution of Karma. They include Quan Yin, Pallas Athena, Lady Portia, Gautama Buddha, Cyclopeia and Master Rakoczi. The Masters working to manifest the Higher Rays include St. Germain, Jesus, Paul the Venetian, Allah Gobi, Lord Ling, Djwal Khul and the Master John. You may apply in meditation to the Lords of Karma for release of personal or collective karma. If you do this, ask if karma may be released on every level - physical, mental emotional and spiritual, in every dimension and in every reality and universe. Lady Portia is one who frequently offers grace.
The Ageless Wisdom is not a religion formulated by only one authority or teacher. It is a body of inner teaching or esoteric knowledge handed down from remote times and has undergone changes in presentation to suit the needs of humanity of a given period or era. It has been called by various names such as the “Mysteries,” “Esoteric teachings” and “Divine Knowledge.”
Most of the blog entries were synthesized from various works. The original intent is to clarify for myself the information that had come. There was a need to ensure the integrity of the information received by cross checking them with others. With Theosophy and Ageless Wisdom as the basic framework, the “new information” must be in harmony. It must also resonate with a deeper reality within. I am sharing this synthesis with the view that it also assists the reader in clarifying and discerning for him/herself the truth, relative as it may seem.
The root doctrine of Ageless Wisdom is also the basis of the “esoteric (hidden) traditions” of most major world religions:

In the late 19th century, Helena P. Blavatsky (1831-1891)reintroduced the Ageless Wisdom through various works, such as “The Secret Doctrine” and “Isis Unveiled.” She called it "Theosophy;" she also established the Theosophical Society, under the guidance of Ascended Masters known to the world as Masters Morya, Kuthumi and Djwal Khul (who purportedly appeared to the world as the Three Magi during the birth of Jesus).
Blavatsky claimed her main source as an ancient book called "The Book of Dzyan" (from the Sanskrit Dhayana, meaning "mystic meditation"). In c. 400 BC, the book found its way as the Chinese "C'han Philosophy" and the Japanese "Zen," both of which took root from Buddhism.
Blavatsky also wrote "The Voice of the Silence," derived from "The Book of the Golden Precepts," which she claimed had the same origin as the "Book of Dzyan." Many of the Golden Precepts can be read in the Bhagavad Gita. Another book, "Light on the Path," written by Mabel Collins, was also derived from this source. A third book, "At the Feet of the Master," written by J. Krisnamurti (at 15 years old) completes a trilogy, considered as the basic tenets of “Theosophy.”
After Blavatsky died, the society underwent changes and spawned several other groups, such as the Esoteric Order of the Golden Dawn (MacGregor Mathers), Fraternity of the Inner Light (Dion Fortune), the “new” Rosicrucians and “Masonry,” the Anthroposophical Society (Rudolf Steiner) and the World Order of the Star (J. Khrishnamurti).
Alice A. Bailey, formerly an associate of Theosophical Society, also spun off with her Lucis Trust. She authored 24 books on esoteric philosophy, guided by Master Djwal Khul (DK) for 30 years (1919-1949) on a more advanced presentation of the Ageless Wisdom. She founded the Arcane School, training aspiring world servers in esoteric work.
After Bailey, several "guided" authors advanced the Ageless Wisdom. The information from these authors was the basis for the Ageless Wisdom Updates.
Among the major sources for this synthesis are the writings of/from H.P. Blavatsky, C.D. Leadbeater and Douglas Baker of the Theosophical Society; Alice A. Bailey of the Lucis Trust; Janet MacClure of the Tibetan Foundation; Hilary Hargreaves and Mark Brittain of the School of Inner Light; Genesis 2012; Kryon, through Carroll Lee; and the Pleiadians, through Barbara Marciniak & Amorah Quan Yin. The sources were appropriately labeled.

Discernment is very important when dealing with Ageless Wisdom. Mastership, from the viewpoint of the Master DK, is about "mastery of oneself" and not about "having pupils." (DK's Introduction in Violet Starre's "The Diamond Light,"2000)
Dion Fortune (in "The Esoteric Orders and Their Works," p. 83) explained: “upon the mundane plane, it is impossible to escape from the limitations of the human personalities. A great occultist will make a great occult school, but upon his death the mantle may fall upon unworthy shoulders and the glory be departed or turned to corruption.” Fortune added: some (mystery schools) have flourished unchecked, feared and revered by the people they guided, sometimes fallen into evil ways as the degenerated voodoo schools. Some retained a noble tradition as in certain Indian and Chinese schools and monastic orders, accepted as part of racial life.
In the words of Khrisnamurti (“The First and Last Freedom”): “It is through self-knowledge, not through belief in somebody else’s symbols, that a man comes to the eternal reality, in which he is being grounded...Our system of upbringing is based upon what to think, not how to think.”
In the words of the Master DK, the Tibetan (Introduction of AABailey Books, 1935) who inspired this synthesis: “the books that I have written are sent out with no claim for their acceptance. They may or may not be correct, true and useful…If the teaching conveyed calls forth a response from the illumined mind of the seeker in the world, and bring a flashing forth of his intuition, then let that teaching be accepted. But not otherwise.”
From Master Kuthumi (through Michelle Eloff): “A liberated spirit never needs to hold onto anything because every moment provides what is needed, because the moment is perfect… your daily purpose makes up for your greater purpose on Earth. Do not waste time searching for the grand purpose of your life. Be present and embrace the purpose of the moment. Every moment has a purpose, which is why you are in it.”
